The German Red Cross (GRC) is inviting for quotations for the provision of expert advisory services for its Emergency Medical Team (EMT) – classification process and related health support before/during/after EMT classification for its International Cooperation Division, specifically the Surge/Readiness Unit. The overall objective of this consultancy is to support the work of the Emergency Health Manager with a focus on the WHO-EMT classification of the clinical ERUs.
