The CRISMA research project aimed to develop a pilot multisectoral cooperation for crisis management in Europe.
The CRISMA research project aimed to develop a pilot multi-sectorial cooperation for crisis management in Europe. Within the research project, the German Red Cross (GRC) - in close cooperation with the Bavarian Red Cross - had the opportunity to conduct and evaluate three international exercises during a mass casualty incident (MCI). These were used to summarize findings for the implementation and evaluation of exercises together with several experts from GRC regional associations.
The German Red Cross has developed an exercise analysis concept of MCI exercises with the help of three operational exercises and extensive analysis.
