Applications for current openings

If a current opening published on our website finds your attention, kindly write us a letter and attach your cv as well as the filled questionnaire for future delegates. You will find the standard CV format and questionnaire by clicking on the links here or below. If your profile fits in with our opening, we will call you for a preliminary phone interview in order to decide whether to invite you to an interview at headquarters. This will normally be held by a member of the human resources unit and the responsible country desk. If you are chosen for the job, you will be invited to training and briefing at national headquarters.

Unsolicited applications

If no current opening seems suitable, you can opt for an unsolicited application after having taken a close look at the requirements our personnel has to meet and the profiles in demand for our delegations.

Pool of candidates

Only unsolicited applications with adequate profiles will be integrated into our pool of candidates. People in this pool will be contacted if there is a vacancy that corresponds to their profile and cannot be filled from our pool of delegates.

Pool of delegates

The GRC's pool of delegates is comprised of people who have been pre-trained with a Basic Training Course and First Aid in the Field Course or have been on missions for GRC before.

Candidates with profiles likely to be needed in the near future are sometimes invited to a Basic Training Course. Upon completing the course, they can be integrated into the delegates' pool.
